Mitre Mezcal 0,7 L

Mezcal, 40% Vol.

Mitre ist ein Mezcal aus der Mezcal Hauptstadt der Welt - Oaxaca, Mexico. Nach alter Familientradition werden die eigenen Agaven angepflanzt und gepflegt, um sie anschließend eigenhändig zu verarbeiten. Viel Zeit, Arbeit, Liebe und Passion wird hierfür aufgewendet. Drei Tage schmoren die Agavenherzen in einem Holzofen. Im Anschluss werden sie in einer traditionellen Mühle mit Hilfe von Pferdestärke gepresst. Darauf folgt die Fermentation, welche ohne Zusätze, in Fässern aus Pinienholz stattfindet. Der vorerst letzte Schritt ist die doppelte Destillation, Entstanden ist ein sehr milder Mezcal, der auf der Zunge tanzt und alle seine Aromen zeigt. Im Abgang sehr langanhaltend hinterlässt er einen bleibenden Eindruck mit einer subtilen Schärfe und sehr ausgewogenen rauchigen Anklängen.

Einer der besten Mezcal die ich je getrunken habe

Auch wenn der Preis etwas höher ist, kann ich diesen Mezcal jedem ans Herz legen. Auch als Longdrink, z.B. mit Maracujasaft einb Traum
